As a Wycliffe Literacy Specialist, I've served the Maya Ixil people in the Nebaj/Salquil Grande area of Guatemala for fourteen years. The Nebaj Ixil New Testament was dedicated in August 2008. I believe the Lord now desires me to focus on promoting, teacher training, and finding financial aid for Light & Life School as the most important way of continuing my mission to the Ixil people and to impact future generations. The enduring existence of Light & Life School is of extreme importance to reinforce the translation work already completed by Wycliffe and to further the Gospel in the area.
